I guess this all started with a fortune cookie I got at lunch one day: 

“Do not ask yourself if you are doing the work right. Ask yourself if you are doing the right work.”

That — and a lot of time in lock down — got me thinking in new ways about how we do the work and how we feel about the work. So I started asking questions. These are the answers I got.
